These are not jobs at Desperateofficial Heating & Air. We do not hire employees for field work. This page is for independent businesses that want more homeowner calls for AC and furnace work.
Who we are looking for
We want providers who serve Oakland and the Oakland area and handle heating and cooling for homes. That can include:
- AC repair and cooling system service
- Residential furnace repair
- Furnace and AC replacement work
- General HVAC service and maintenance
You might be a small shop or a larger company. What matters is that you treat homeowners well.
What we expect
Providers in our network agree to some simple standards:
- Hold the licenses, permits, and insurance your local rules require
- Answer homeowner requests in a timely way
- Explain problems and options in plain language
- Give a written quote before larger work begins
- Be honest about what is and is not needed
- Never pressure a homeowner to decide on the spot
We also ask that you do not make promises on Desperateofficial Heating & Air's behalf about price, timing, or insurance coverage.
How to apply
Send a short email to contact@desperateofficial.garden. Include your business name, the towns you serve, the services you offer, and the most convenient way to reach you. Mention how you handle quotes and warranties.
We review each note and reply if your business looks like a good fit for homeowners in the area. Joining is subject to approval, and we cannot say how many requests you will receive, since volume varies by season and location.
